Trying to create port for libsbml

Hello all,

 

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I can build the source manually, with (almost) the same configure parameters. Why are all those build errors in the log? It's like the build is running the Makefile from the wrong place or something similar meaning the include/ folder at the top level isn't in scope, but I can't see what it is.
