Zoneminder Surveillance on Mac OS X Server 10.6.5 - all prerequisites completed - stuck at make

Here's a basic start for ZoneMinder in MacPorts.

Note:
 * it needs to check for perl's sys::mmap (there's a stub in there for now)
 * it needs to patch the requirement for V4L
 * it needs the configure.args pointed to the htdocs and cgi directories from port:apache2
 * I've not tested past the patch phase (configure, build, destroot, [archive,] install, activate)
