Updated my mac mini server source build HOWTO of ZoneMinder in the ZM Forum

I updated my HOWTO in the Zoneminder Forum:

I was able to get a successful configure, make, make install.

Now I just need to get it to run properly.

Once I have everything working using my source build method I would like to work with your team to maintain the MacPorts version.
