[MacPorts] #27154: Error Installing PDFTK

I got the same result with gcc45 4.5.2.
I attempted to report the bug but unfortunately the procedure was more
complicated than my limited skill set allows.
Installing using the +gcc42 option allowed installation to complete
normally.
