Dropping qt4-kde?

There is actually no dependent. Only qtscriptgenerator has some code to
either use qt4-kde or qt4-mac... Could easily be

I think this port was created back then there still existed some
problems between qt4-kde and KDE 4. That seems to be resolved, so please
let us drop it.
