Installation of Java libraries

I recently wrote a Portfile for AIDA (http://aida.freehep.org/) that is a collection of abstract interfaces written in C++ and Java libraries.
For the C++ header files I had no problems in the installation but I do not know Java, so I do not know where libraries are supposed to be put.

Can you suggest me where to put those?
