Small output level change request

Hi there,

Could someone fluent enough with base/ code change the output level of the commands run by port(1)?
I'd like them to be moved from debug to verbose output.

I'm talking about these bits:

I hate to have to enable debug output or open the log file to just see the environment and configure args.
