openssl updated, rev bumps needed

The openssl port has been updated to version 1.0.0a, which is not binary
compatible with the previous version. All direct dependents have been
rev bumped, but there are bound to be indirect dependents which also
need it.

You can help to catch these early by running the attached script after
updating all your installed ports to their current revisions, and rev
bumping the ports it indicates.
