[MacPorts] #25375: couchdb missing default.d local.d

what happens when you do this from terminal

$ curl http://127.0.0.1:5984

OR

this

$ sudo couchdb

?

might be worth

sudo port uninstall couchdb

and starting from scratch

let us know
