MacPorts 1.9.0 has been released

That is one of the new features contained in MacPorts 1.9.0. However, ports installed prior to updating to MacPorts 1.9.0 will not have been marked as having been requested. Therefore if you tell MacPorts to uninstall all unrequested ports, all ports will be uninstalled. To prevent this, if you want to be able to tell MacPorts to do things with the requested or unrequested pseudoports in the future, you should inform MacPorts which ports are requested.
