Looks like r68927 broke this package:
$ cd /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/ports/textproc/xmlroff
$ port -v lint
Can't map the URL 'file://.' to a port description file ("can't read "libfocatalog": no such variable").
