Redundant openssh patches

No; if somebody wanted to build an older version, they would check out the complete older directory, including the older patchfiles, from the repository.

A little poking around with "svn log" shows the patches were added by wsiegrist in r38526 ("this commit fixes keychain integration"), but the changes to the portfile were undone 12 hours later in r38530 "since they broke more things than they fixed". Looks like William's intention was to reenable these changes later, which I guess is why he didn't delete the now-unreferenced patchfiles at that time, but that was almost 2 years ago and those patches were for openssh 5.0p1; the port is at 5.5p1 now so who knows if those patches even still apply.
