Why did you comment out the branch definition I added in r59916 (and re-added in r62436 after you undid it in r62430) and switch the master_sites definition back to use ${version}? Do you have reason to believe that when version 0.3.1 is released, its source will be stored in the directory 0.3.1.x on the server? That would not fit with what they've done for past releases. This should probably be set back to the way I had it.
