Submitting updates/enhancements to an existing mac port?

Hello -

Who do I speak to about submitting an updated version of an existing port? I'm specifically interested in submitting a version of the library libdvdread, which compiles when installed via port install, but doesn't actually work on a macos machine. I have a version that does.

The portfile for the library lists 'maintainers     nomaintainer' and 'homepage        http://www.dtek.chalmers.se/groups/dvd/'. The homepage appears old and the cvs repository content at that page does not match the contents of the library downloaded via the port install for libdvdread.

If someone could tell me where you actually get the code for this library from I could perhaps contact the owner with a patch file?
