Submitting updates/enhancements to an existing mac port?

You'll notice that if you fetch this port, the file comes from MPlayer's
mirrors. I believe they started a fork because the original was not
being updated. They don't appear to have a web page specifically for it
though, hence the old homepage listed in the Portfile.
