Opencascade port / Portfiles for Software with registration for download

Hi,

is there an policy for software which can only be downloaded after an registration? Or an example for such an Portfile?

I am interested in Opencascade http://www.opencascade.org/

and depending on that on

http://code.google.com/p/heekscad/
