Hello,

I committed changes to a few ports at once by mistake.
Sorry for doing so.

I should have done in hdfeos5, a new port but issued the command in
the parent science directory.
Here are comments if I committed separately.

hdfeos5: added for ncarg
udunits2: updated to 2.1.14. enabled udunits-1 api. placed the headers
in include/udunits
nco: provided the new location of udunits2 headers.
ncarg: updated to 5.2.0.
