A few new features for `port`

Action completion, the space action and the --size option for the contents
action are tickets 27242 <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/27242>,
27244<http://trac.macports.org/ticket/27244>
 and 27245 <http://trac.macports.org/ticket/27245>, respectively. I've done
a little testing, but more is in order. In particular, the patches for the
space action and --size option add a default value to the private_options
array. Hopefully, this won't break anything else (as putting the default
value in global_options did).

#27245 also adds "files" as an alias for "contents", though it now occurs to
me that there should be a separate ticket for aliasing the actions.

I'll look into converting actinact and nodependents into pseudoports later
this week.
