python26 required for python27

Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but `port rdeps python27` shows python26 getting pulled in from tk->xft2->xrender->xorg-libx11->xorg-libxcb->xorg-xcb-proto.

Should this be the way it works? python27 +no_tkinter will avoid this but then tk interface is not available.
