Not only is "20bc31e5d00319a48ccc88cd4f13b4eb2c30fef2" an awful version number, but rpm-vercomp considers it to be less than 20090405. So you would have to increase the epoch for "port outdated" to show this port as outdated. However, rather than increase the epoch and keep this version number, I encourage you to change the version number to an 8-digit yearmonthday format, like it was.
