Looking for maintainer interested in Java ports

Hi,

I have submitted Ticket #26817. I added myself as a maintainer, added the mode 
line and fixed the tabs.

One other note: you may want to check in and coordinate with Blair Zajac who is 
one of the maintainers of the maven2 and maven3 ports.
