qt4-mac/qscintilla updates and new behavior

Yes; thank you.  Forgot that.  Turns out there's another issue with Qsci building that seems to have been introduced by the new qt4-mac: the designer plugin won't find the correct version of Qsci if it is already installed -- it'll find and use the installed version instead of the just-built version.  So, I'm patching that & will check it in shortly.  What fun!  I'm not doing YA rev bump for this change, since I don't think it is necessary.
