efence patch for darwin

Attached simple patch makes electric-fence work on darwin

@macports-dev: sorry, I cannot provide a package yet,
because I just bought this tiny macbook air and need some
time to get used to it. I also prefer sh over tcl.
But a pkg should be straightforward.
