Updated Digikam port, please commit

Hi,

I just updated the Digikam port to version 2.0.0 and submitted it in
ticket #30576 <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/30576>. It would be nice
if someone could commit the changes in the next days. (But not that
there are some patches from other tickets which have to be committed.)
