perl5 updates and registry errors

Saw a number of updates to many perl ports, so ran the "port -v upgrade --enforce-variants" which worked, but then "port -v -u uninstall" failed.

Here's another odd output:

bash-3.2# port installed p5-html-form
The following ports are currently installed:
  p5-html-form @6.00_0
bash-3.2# port -v uninstall p5-html-form
