tl;dr documentation changes will cause a revbump [1], you can safely
ignore the update if rebuilds are painful.

In some situations building documentation for KDE ports has not worked for
a while. This is due to libxml continuing to segfault meinproc when
documentation is built by macportsuser. The unverified fix has been not
dropping privileges when building documentation with meinproc.

This issue should be restricted to +doc variants however I've recently
noticed that half of the ports have a different flag for disabling
documentation, different than what the PortGroup expects. These ports
attempt to build their documentation and this is why they've been flagged
build.asroot.

To address this issue the KDE4 PortGroup will get updated to disable this
second documentation flag, a change which calls for a revbump of the KDE4
ports containing build.asroot. There will be no other changes--it will be
safe to ignore these updates if you wish to forego a rebuild/reinstall.

Later, if necessary, building as root will be encapsulated inside the +doc
variant. This won't need an additional revbump since everything will stop
if meinproc continues to segfault during the build.
