Ports with invalid dependencies

After upgrading all the perl ports, then running "port -v -u uninstall" 
failed.

Here's another odd output:

bash-3.2# port installed p5-html-form
The following ports are currently installed:
   p5-html-form @6.00_0
bash-3.2# port -v uninstall p5-html-form
