bin:* dependencies and searched directories

Perhaps the installer should offer to add the path if (the most recent) MacTeX is installed? That won't cover all cases, but could save some people a lot of time.

And I was fully aware of this possibility when opening the bug report.
However, I guess most users of MacPorts are not.
I was trying to make MacPorts a little more usable for those who lack
that knowledge (we've all read the plea to reduce dependencies, didn't
we?)
