Now that you mention it, that might have been the wrong notation. I
think I need "and" in this case:

The signing-party port contains a number of tools as follows:
	Licensed BSD: caff, gpgsigs
	Licensed GPL-2+: gpg-key2ps, gpg-mailkeys, gpgparticipants,
		keylookup, sig2dot, springgraph, gpgdir, gpgwrap
	Licensed GPL: keyanalyze
Since we (and everybody else, e.g. Debian and Ubuntu) ship these in one
package, all of the licenses apply to the package, so I guess the line
should have been
	license BSD GPL-2 GPL-2+
right?

The source is Debian's copyright file[1].
