maintainer timeout: port x264 , ticket #32506

Dear MacPorts devs,

I opened a ticket #32506 with a version update of port x264 some 10 days ago.
The port is flagged with openmaintainer.

Probably this is the usual lull due to holiday season, but I would not
now because I am new around here.

Since this is just a version update with minor changes could someone
else with commit access (help) check it in?
