This problem is somehow related to upgrading the registry. I haven't yet
figured out what causes this, since I couldn't reproduce the issue.
Can you mail me your registry.db if you don't mind, so I could have a
look? I have an idea it might be a missing rollback, and will probably
extend the error handling to do this.
