port contents provides?

Your list is specifically missing a contiguous block of files from the
middle of the correct list. Are you sure your terminal isn't just doing
something weird with the output? Mine does that sometimes, and I've
never been able to figure out why, or fix it short of closing the tab
and opening a new one.
