10.6.6 and /usr

According to

lsbom /var/db/receipts/com.apple.pkg.update.os.10.6.6.bom | grep /usr

they look like mostly files relating to CUPS, the Common UNIX Printing System.

Why do you believe this update will cause problems for MacPorts?
