ticket 29345ommit needed

  Can someone please commit the Portfile.diff and both the pymol_shell.diff and
setup_py.diff attached to https://trac.macports.org/ticket/2934? This ticket has
been waiting for the commit so it can be closed for 3 months now. These changes
correct errors in the original implementation of the setup.py build for pymol
as well as solves the original ticket by properly supporting gcc4x variant builds.
