KDE port group doesn't need chown anymore since KDE 4.6

KDE port group usually let this message pop up:

#  'sudo chown -R $USER ~/Library/Preferences/KDE'  
#  replacing $USER with your username.              
######################################################

Since KDE 4.6 this isn't needed anymore.

I figure one could remove the two occurrences of this message from the port.
