Changes for pari 2.5.0

Hi,

PARI 2.5.0 is out and I plan to do the following changes in the
Portfile:

1. Remove the gmp variant: PARI will always use GMP (and depend on
   it), as advised by the PARI developers (I don't see any reason not
   to use GMP: it is much better than PARI's native implementation,
   and probably much more tested).

2. Add a x11 variant. Currently PARI always depends on X11; this
   will no longer be the case (to solve bug 22353[*]). Since X11
   is not the native Mac OS X GUI and plotting functions are just
   a small part of PARI, I think that x11 should not be a default
   variant.
