Thanks for having comitted the polygraph Portfile update.

I couldn't reproduce your problem. I have a MacBook Pro running Mac OS X 
10.6.6 and a Mac Mini running Mac OS X Server 10.6.6 and they both 
compile OK.


Looking at your main.log file I've seen you seem to install the 
polygraph port without root privileges (I didn't know it was possible, 
when I forgot "sudo" I have an error message "Error: Insufficient 
privileges to write to MacPorts install prefix.").

Could you try to install the port as root to see if it changes anything ?
