Has_patch flag for bug reports?

Hi,

I sometimes try to fix bugs in ports when I encounter them, and only
create a patch after a few days. In particular if these ports have no
maintainer or an inactive maintainer, these bugs can stay open for a
longer period of time.

For example, I created bug report #28944, it was reviewed within an hour
(wow!), and I added a patch that evening. Now, it's still open for six
weeks.

Is there a way for me to flag such bugs with "has_patch" or some other
way it gets some attention and is committed more quickly?
