It looks to me as though there is a way force a build for a given port
but I'm not sure how to do this
or who is allowed to do it.   Can someone with more understanding of
buildbot comment?

This would be extremely useful in the case where the build of recently
modified port fails because
of a problem with a dependency (either a build or license problem that
is subsequently resolved).
