PCB update issue

Hello,
pcb is using a slightly patched builtin gts library, when activating
this obiviously conflicts with files provided by gts port.

The changes are for moving "predicates evaluation from buildtime to
runtime", I don't know if the changes will make their way upstream.

Should I solicit an upstream patching? Should I go and see if actual
gts dependents in mp are broken with the patched gts and consider
patching the actual gts?
