I couldn't find the discussion on macports-dev. Since other evn
variables are set there and configure.cpp is set  too earlier in
portconfigure it seems logic to have that.
I noticed CPP wasn't in environment while building wxwidgets-devel
with the latest patch, the configure script fails while falling back
on /lib/cpp.
