It's listed as the stable version on its website, the other version
being "0.9.9 prerelease".
Previous stable version is 0.9.8.5 from 2007, a 2010 update that
hasn't been patched in a hurry is enough slow on update to be
considered stable and it's more up to date..
Plus (and most important) I didn't notice the "rc1" part when
committing, I'll check it better next time.
