Stray Files on Buildbot (Sept 19)

There was a stray file when buildbot tried to build pspp-devel (build 930, changeset r84147).

Can this be cleaned up and the build tried again? Thanks

Error: Target org.macports.activate returned: Image error: /opt/local/share/icons/hicolor/icon-theme.cache already exists and does not belong to a registered port.  Unable to activate port pspp-devel. Use 'port -f activate pspp-devel' to force the activation.
