Yeah... That mirror had the version that the port was at at the time, but not the latest version. Without an http mirror, the buildbot cannot build the port either:

I found that fink has the latest distfile, so I added that to the master_sites:

Now the buildbot succeeds:

My understanding is that this is a security precaution at Apple's datacenter where the distfiles mirror lives; their (i.e. your) IT staff will not change this.
