I didn't consider it was hardcoded, I reverted to ${configure.cc},
please check again the diff in r84497 [1].
I fixed install_name too in tools/nuke.

Are there any pros/cons in using -install_name when assembling rather
than using install_name_tool in post-build, assumed that
-header-pad_max_install_names is provided?
