apache2 httpd 2.4.2

OK - I'm trying to update the apache2 portfile from 2.2.22 to 2.4.2
and I'm running into some problems

In the files dir there are three (3) files :
patch-httpd.conf.in-sensitive-files.diff
patch-docs-cgi-examples-printenv.diff
libtool-tag.diff

I've removed the two (2) patch* files
I'm unsure at to the libtool file

Now, when I try updating I get this :
Attempting to fetch patch-docs-cgi-examples-printenv.diff from
http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd

Obviously, it's at patch no longer needed, but where is the source of
this attempted download to be found ???
