as I see it, we've got two serious outstanding problem and a minor one:

1) [major problem]
   mod_perl needs some serious action taken

2) [major problem]
   what do we do with all the mod_python ports

3) [minor problem]
   mod_fastcgi fails to compile, but can be replaced with mod_fcgid
