science ports upgrade to gcc47

If one can, I think that they should build as much with one
compiler(suite).  So, does macports want to deal with different variant
installations?  I don't think so.  I think that if can be (which I need to
learn) set a preference of compiler in macports.conf, and that actually
uses the chosen compiler for the entire build, then that is the way to go.
