freshmeat now freecode, change freshmeat to freecode in Portfiles

freshmeat.net has been renamed to freecode.com. This is being tracked in
bug #32036 [1], which is marked milestone 2.0.4. Since this seemed easy
enough I have started fixing this in base and jmr was faster than me
fixing the livecheck code; however a number of ports still use freshmeat
and freshmeat.net URLs. I have prepared a patch to change those
occurances to freecode and freecode.com.

The patch isn't strictly necessary, since using "freshmeat" will work in
the future and I don't expect freecode to drop their old domain
freshmeat.net anytime soon, but still it seams cleaner to me to change
this now.

The patch is rather straightforward, but I'd rather ask on the list if
anybody (especially those maintainers which didn't mark their affected
ports openmaintainer) want to object.

I've split the patch for wm-extra and will probably not apply it, since it
would change the master_sites directive and the files referred by the URL are
no longer available on freecode's servers. What would happen, if we changed the
URL? Would the distfile mirrors delete the files? In that case, should we
remove the port completely?
