archivefetch ignoresslcert?

Seems we allow the option of ignoring certs elsewhere that curl_options/fetch_options is used, can this be added to archivefetch as well?

portdistcheck.tcl:        lappend curl_options "--ignore-ssl-cert"
portfetch.tcl:        lappend fetch_options "--ignore-ssl-cert"
portlivecheck.tcl:        lappend curl_options "--ignore-ssl-cert"
